A Rocking Platform,[1] also called Seesaw,[2] is an object in New Super Mario Bros. U and New Super Luigi U. It is a platform suspended in the air that tilts back and forth on its own indefinitely. If two or more Rocking Platforms meet by tilting on the same side, they will create a larger version for the time that they meet. It first appears in Waddlewing's Nest in New Super Mario Bros. U, and Spike's Seesaws in New Super Luigi U.

It resembles a flat platform attached to a stone pivot point. However, a rocking platform tilts instead of moving, and, unlike a Swing, the pivot point is on the bottom, not on the top. It is also attached to two boards of wood, not a singular one.
